What a joke!!! Good bye!
I normally love Panera bread but this location messes up my order 95% of the time I go. Today I got French onion soup that had no cheese, croutons, and only a very small peice of baguette even after i asked for an extra baguette because they keep getting smaller and smaller...this location needs a revamp and some customer service training.
You demand that a customer MUST pay by credit card, VIA PHONE???
If your Cashier is Carina, you better double check your order. This girl is literally the most dense person I have ever met. First she screwed up our entrees. She forgot to give us our pastries. And when we went up to her to get our pastries she looked super confused, checked our receipt and then brought us them. Low and behold when we got home, instead of the Coconut Macaroon we ordered, She gave us Macaroni and Cheese. Like seriously. I’m incredibly disappointed with the customer service and will not be coming back to this location any time soon.
Called to place a $52 order for business lunch. Manager (Nick) tells me that he can't take a company check or cash to deliver.

Honestly double check your order when you receive it. I was on my lunch break and was craving some delicious Panera and so I went and ordered a bread bowl today with the cheddar broccoli soup. I was in a rush so I made the mistake of trusting and just taking my order without looking at the contents of my order when I left. Anyway I got back to work (starving), opened up my bag and literally all that was in there was the soup and a little piece of bread (it was cold)... but no bread bowl. I was literally devastated and so hurt that they forgot to give me the entire bread bowl. I was so upset I attempted calling the restaurant, no answer. In conclusion, I still ate the soup, ate my friends food, and am still hungry. Thanks a lot.
