Prob the worst experience I've ever had trying to get a oil change. Came here because there was a coupon saving us $18.99, but that wasn't even enough for what we went through. We came and made an appointment, they told us that it would still be about an hour and fifteen mins to pick up the car...so we're at a mall we decided to walk around no big deal right? We come back an hour and a half later....they hadn't even started on our car...are you serious?! Stay away! I get that you get busy but how bout you call your customers to give them heads up!?!
I had a 2000 cavalier I wanted serviced. They refused to help me because my car was too old. They where afraid of working on it. They also told me I have a "massive oil leak" which really pissed me off. A car of this age probably will leak a little lol. I havnt found a good mechanic in Ft Walton yet, but definitely don't go here.
Had to cancel all plans because they took longer that expected. How does a service that's supposed to take 1 hour turns into being 4 hours! NEVER again will this happen!!
If you you value you time, and your vehicle l, don't bring your car here. They take as long as a backyard mechanic that has a broken jack to change your brakes. You can probably walk to Destin backwards, and go jet skiing, grab a bite to eat and come back before they're done. Then they'll try to add on everything if you're not mechanically inclined. Surprised they don't try to just try and sell you a used car. 5 star pricing with 2 star work. I would recommend this place as a final option to your final option.
They tried to put the wrong oil in the car, ended up calling the dealer to confirm because Sears had no idea. They over charged by 40+ dollars. The manager was rude.
