Wonderful experience. Tania went above and beyond to help take care of me as soon as I walked in the store. Pam was very professional and thorough in getting my ring inspected and sent out for repair. Another worker even helped keep my 2yr old daughter occupied in between helping her other customers. Everyone was friendly, knowledable, and professional (which I can't say about my experience recently at the Destin Kay's). Kay's almost lost me as a customer but today Tania and Pam helped give Kay's another chance. Definitely recommend this Kay's!!!
I bought my wife a necklace and the chain didn't fit I thought we could trade in that chain to go towards the purchase of a new chain since we were still in store, but no we had to pay another 400$ for a CHAIN! I contacted Kay Jewelers and they were not help either. Very disappointed in the company I have been a customer since 2010. Never again.
Terrible service. They don't greet you they sit down until you ask them for something. Then when you want to buy something no matter what it is they need a driver's license email address phone number and all kinds of information just to buy a bottle of jewelery cleaner there is no way around it either you give them your info or you don't get service it's in real the manager is no help either she didn't even get off her ass to help with the situation will never go here again I will let everyone know this place sucks
I hate that this is the only one close by cause their customer service is horrible. The women in there don't even greet you as you walk thru the door smh. Poor poor customer service.
I had a great experience at the store. My enhancer was sent out for repairs, and while in transit, it was lost by UPS. Tania, the manager, was very patient and worked for many hours and days to recover my ring. While the original ring was not recovered, Tania went above and beyond to make sure that the store build a ring very similar to the original I had lost. She was very patient through the process, because I really liked my original ring and wanted something comparable, so I was a bit of a demanding customer. She did not once lose her patience, and she did everything that she could to make me a very satisfied customer. I am very happy with my ring, and with the experience overall. Thank you!!!
