Stayed in this hotel for a few days while evacuating. Every single staff member was extremely accommodating. The hotel waived their pet policy and cancellation fees, which was such a huge help. Hotel itself is clean & if we weren't evacuating, this would've been a nice vacation. Absolutely no complaints. Would recommend this place 100%
I reserved two rooms. When we got there, I was upset that they charged my credit card without even asking how I wanted to pay. Now those charges are still listed as pending in my account and it's going on 5 days now. They placed us on the first floor. There were huge roaches in one of the rooms. We had to move to another floor. The breakfast was not all that great either. Being a Hilton Honors member, I expected better service. I did not feel comfortable staying here and I will never stay here again or recommend the hotel to anyone.
Great hotel with great customer service! Felicia was amazing and made our stay great! This hotel has all you need at a great price and is extremely clean. The only small issue was noise, but that was only because the people next to us were very loud at times. We were very pleased with our stay!
Absolutely stunning place! Everything was perfect, the lobby, the room, the bathroom was just insanely cool - probably newly built or remodeled. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely be staying at this Hampton Inn!
Staffs are friendly and room was clean. The hotel is close to local mall and lot of food chains. Morning breakfast was good.
