We celebrated our daughters 6th Birthday party at the Surge today. The host was very accommodating.She cut the cake, help with presents, and also helped with cleaning.
We booked our jump time ahead online. When we arrived, the signage as to where exactly to check in once you booked ahead could have been better, but worked out fine. We were all set within minutes and our kids had a blast! Plenty of staff members all around just providing general supervision. We did not have any problems with bigger kids interfering with our 5 and 2 year old. In fact, there is even a separate area for the littler ones that they both loved. One hour was just the right amount of time for our boys, they were wore out. When she gave us our socks we purchased, The ones for my 2 year old were huge but I assumed it was the smallest size as she saw how little he was. They were huge on him. I later saw kids his size with much smaller socks, so that kind of stunk. Also there were no paper towels in the bathrooms, and no paper towel holder?!? That was odd. All around good experience, we'll go back
We arrived with just enough time before nap time to play after lunch. We arrived with a 4 YO and 2 YO and were told it would be 30 minutes to play. Having no where to go we decided to drive back the 60 miles it took to get here.
Had a blast. Celebrated Lyn's BIRTHDAY with some friends. The associates/staff were friendly and helpful.
The only complaint is I feel that it would be more Beneficial to have time slots on age groups for dodge ball and all other activities. There was 16 year olds and adults with ALL other age groups. My daughter was not aloud in the dodge ball area because of this. People in our party with younger kids did utilize the toddler area. Other than that, is very nice.
This place is great, yes it does cost a little and yes you should do your due diligence as a parent and make sure time is available, but I can't think of a better way to spend an hour on the weekend.
