Disappointed with my experience here. Called ahead for a walk in toe trim. Front desk staff was rude, matter-of-fact, slow to upload my dogs information and I waited for 25 minutes while 4 staff members were behind the desk and one sweeping the floor. They didn't take my dog until I finally asked "how long is this going to take?" Many staff members went over to other dogs in the room and were petting and chatting with the owner while I was waiting for my simple trim. I will not be going back here. Ever. Too chaotic, unorganized and non-chalant about my dogs needs.
The treatments are adorable, the receptionist/veterinarian are helpful and sweet. I love bringing my pet's here.
The staff is friendly and compassionate. Doctors are very nice and the prices are affordable. Not your typical gouging prices place. Only thing that could make it better is if it had a military discount or multiple pet discount. Still great prices though. One time I didn't have enough to pay for a euthanasia that needed to be done asap and they were kind enough to let me pay half then and the rest when I got paid next. No other vet would do that. These people are a true blessing
Do not board your pets here! I boarded my cats here for Christmas 2016 because it was the only place with availability. One of my cats had had a successful thyroid procedure done in October at another vet. Even though she was 16, she had a clean bill of health and was doing incredibly well for being an oldie. When I got my cats back from this facility, my cat was off. She walked around with a limp, and in circles, and had gone completely blind in her left eye. She seemed a little crazed as well. I do appreciate one lady's attempts to get to the bottom of the problem when I called but she said no one noticed anything off about my cat. She mentioned that the cats can hear the dogs barking from where they are boarded and I know that can be very stressful for some kitties. Anyway. I didn't accept the offer for them to look at my cat because she was so bad off that I didn't feel comfortable bringing her back. Her regular vet couldn't figure out what was wrong with her. She eventually stopped walking around in circles over the next few months but resorted mostly to sleeping (more than usual). She passed away in July of this year and I KNOW it has something to do with the substandard care she endured at this facility, though I didn't pursue enough avenues to gather proof.
My boyfriend and I are dual military. Both of us had to leave town for separate obligations and so we decided to board our 6 month old puppy. The only place with an opening was here. We requested him to have his nails trimmed as he is black and squirmy and I'm afraid to cut them too short. We also requested and paid extra for him to be let out to play with other dogs for "doggy day care." My boyfriend picked him up today and the staff was incredibly rude. He had clearly not had a bath or his nails trimmed. They did refund the money for the bath and nails after my boyfriend argued with them. The poor little guy was absolutely traumatized and scared. He was also incredibly thirsty when he came home and has had very little bowel movements which is unusual for him. He came home with more food in his tub than expected. We do not believe he was let out all weekend either for the doggy day care he paid extra for. This is the worst vet clinic we have had the displeasure of working with. I do not recommend this place in fact I will tell all my friends and coworkers to NEVER give this place business.
