Employee was polite and order was correct. However, the chicken sandwiches were rough and cold, and then fries were cold and soggy. Both of the sandwiches were so rough and difficult to eat I had to throw them away. I tried to eat the fries but couldn't. Too much effort to write a comment to the store manager. But it's worth my time to hopefully save someone else from a cold meal. Also, I hadn't driven far at all (less than 1 minute from leaving) before I tried a fry and it was cold. Returning to complain wouldn't have accomplished much as they were closing on 30-45min and would likely needed to remake everything and I'd be waiting for ever.
I got the fried turkey sandwich combo. I was presented with two rather flavorless thin slivers of turkey. You couldn't even see the meat from the outside of the sandwich. New tagline. "Arby's. Because f&%$ you."
Why did only go to the drive-thru at this location, the staff was very friendly and the food came out hot and fresh.

Staff was very friendly & food was great! Our order wasn't correct, but it was pretty close. Ordered 2 beef n cheddar combos plus 2 beef n cheddar sandwiches for $5, along with a kids meal, half of our order was double meat, when I told them classic, but we really didn't mind, it was still delicious! I asked if I could get only cheese on my son's slider, & they did it for us, which I was very grateful (my son is VERY picky!)
