Generally accurate with their orders. They are pretty slow and we've had a few issues here and there. Otherwise decent ice cream for a decent price and their food isn't bad.
Jayce is the absolute best employee and she was so fast and nice. The ice coffee was THE BEST COFFEE IVE EVER HAD, I highly recommend this place. We went right before 10 am, not too busy, got drinks for cheap due to their morning drink special which was awesome!! Great food, great atmosphere, great staff. Love sonic!!!!
I just wen to sonic to get my 4 bacon cheddar pretzel dog. I received 4 bacon /onion pretzel dogs . The manager said that the cheese melted to the bottom. My question is if it had melted to the bottom, wouldn't I have seen some residual cheese on the onions and bacon on top of the hot dog? They made 4 new ones and when I got them home the dogs had a squeeze of melted cheese on top about the width of a shoestring potato. I know not to go there for food anymore even if It on sale. I'm tired of the poor service and expensive food. If I could show you a photo, you would be pissed off too.

I am very upset with the Mary Esther Sonic. They have their hours for Saturday advertised as they are open until 3a.m. I went around 2a.m. and they were already closed. They need to advertise accurate times for their business hours.
